The user is an old user. His ID was extracted from the Vault and sent to him. He’s using the ID file from the Vault. Everything works well except one thing. ‘ID Vault Sync’ is grayed out and password synchronization also is not happening. His Notes was reainstalled and his ID was tried installed other machines where ‘ID Vault Sync’ works correctly but even those the function was unavailable for the user.
There are a few other users with the same problem. I tried to delete ID file from the Vault whether it will be uploaded by Notes client but it never happens. Most of the users can work correctly with the Vault but there are a few who just struggling with it.
